Peanut Butter and Jelly Muffins

I found this muffin recipe at Eat at Home. I thought it would be a fun one to try with my preschooler, and I was right. It was really funny to watch the "mom has lost it" look when I spooned the jelly in.  I did both grape jelly for the classic PB and J combo and my homemade lemon-ginger marmalade.

I followed all of the directions and ingredients for the recipe except I used about a cup of milk instead of the 3/4 cup that is suggested. The dough was just to thick and would have made the muffins cook to quickly and be very dry.
